LUXASIA GROUP SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

At LUXASIA, we recognize that our business has an impact on four key domains – our People, our Planet, our Communities, and our Partners. We are a company with 2700 talents, in 15 markets and growing. Given the reach of our business, as well as our impact on human lives and the planet, we aim to grow sustainably and contribute to the good of those around us. For LUXASIA, Sustainability must be meaningful (i.e. relevant to our business), impactful (i.e. makes a tangible difference), and practical (i.e. implemented within our means).

As such, with these guiding principles in mind, below are our Sustainability commitments:

  1. Our People – to grow our Talents all-round:

We are committed to the growth and development of our talents for the future of work in luxury omnichannel distribution. We also aim to educate our team on what it means to operate sustainably. Lastly, we commit to creating a safe and pleasant working environment that is diverse, inclusive, and fair.

  1. Our Planet – to reduce our carbon footprint and operate sustainably:

We will reduce our carbon footprint by optimising our energy consumption across all domains of our operations progressively. We will also identify opportunities to manage both waste and water better as we mature along our sustainability journey.

  1. Our Communities – to do good to local communities:

We, together with the LUXASIA Foundation, will support local communities and give to meaningful causes. Furthermore, we will continue to hire local talents to manage local operations and in doing so, develop the in-market talent pool.

  1. Our Partners – to amplify impact through our network of stakeholders:

To the best of our abilities, we will continue to engage and encourage brand, trade, supply chain, and solution partners to adopt sustainable practices. These include and are not limited to the use of eco-friendly packaging, waste reduction, composting, water conservation, and reducing plastic use.

As we progress along this continuous journey of becoming a more sustainable company, we will set clear and measurable goals that are ambitious yet achievable. We will track our progress regularly and share with relevant stakeholders.

LUXASIA “ZERO TOLERANCE” ETHICS POLICY

These are matters that we take extremely seriously and do not tolerate as a company. We aim to do business right and treat people right wherever we go. We expect our talents to comply and report non-compliance as well.

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for:

  1. Anti-competitive practices
  2. Corrupt practices
  3. Any form of discriminatory behaviour
  4. Ethics violations
  5. Any form of harassment
  6. Human rights violation
